Answering my own question from a few weeks ago since flew this yesterday.
Lunch 90 minutes after take off and afternoon tea about 90 mintes before landing on LHR-NAS but just a packet of nuts and drinks on the 1 hour trip NAS-PLS, which I think is rather disappointing to say the least when I can get a meal and drinks service on the 35 minute flight LHR-MAN!!!
Food wise, had soup which was ok, the fish was excellent but had a few bones and cheese was boring and BA could do better with cheese.
Afternoon Tea was good apart from the scones being luke warm.
