BA238 day time BOS to LHR flight. It’s breakfast which like many others I find to be pretty awful at 33,000ft.

The fruit was good (relatively easy to screw it up, cough, American). Everything was ripe and sweet.

I chose stodge over grease… The pancakes were fine. Nothing to write home about but not awful.

I will however be sending a complaint to BA about the second light meal. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - I cannot for the life of me understand why they think it’s acceptable to serve two portions of carbs plus a sweet dessert. (The why is obvious but I think that’s irrelevant). BA would do themselves a favour by serving something akin to the small salads they serve in Club Europe on every tray instead of the bread. Actually, I’d go as far as saying they should just serve a band 1 meal for the light snack, especially on the day time US - Lon flights.
