Does anyone know how long it is currently taking for voucher requests to be processed? I submitted the online form to cancel/request vouchers for 2 bookings on Friday. I have had an email acknowledgment for one (BAH) but not the other (flight only) but no actual vouchers yet.
Many thanks, Chris

Are you sure your email acknowledgment aren’t the vouchers themselves? I can’t speak for BAH bookings, but for flight only apart from right at the start of this last year I have never received an acknowledgment email. I have only received the actual FTV email but that has consistently been within the hour.
yeah I thought it was a bit strange….. this is what I have had for the holiday booking, but as I say nothing yet for the flight only…..

I have requested a few vouchers for flight only tickets over the past days, and have always received them in a few minutes (the last one was received less than 10 minutes after I applied for it).
One voucher doesn't have a value on it as it is a part refund, but the body of the emails are different to yours:

I’ve got an Avios booking for later today. I’m having some problems with my COVID test results that mean I may not be be able to travel as planned and would have to take either a later flight this evening or an early morning flight tomorrow once I’ve got my test results in order.
Until what point can I request a FTV for my Avios booking so that I can get a voucher to use to rebook to the later flight today or tomorrow? I thought it was until
check in closes but I can’t seem to find any confirmation of this.

You should get the FTV email within the hour. All the avios and cash for your reward booking will be held on the FTV and available for use towards a new booking. You can check availability online for your new flights but you will have to call to use the voucher and make the new booking.

Hi All,
I was hoping for some help regarding the BA e-vouchers/FTVs. I know right now, if you book a revenue ticket on BA.com, for flights on BA metal, you can at any point cancel your trip and get a voucher for the same amount you purchased the tickets for, I've done this a few times (or many times this year). My question however, is, does the apply if the booking is a mix of airlines, say BA metal and Iberia? Is the process just as simple as it is for a BA only flight?
Also, if I do get the voucher, I assume I can then use it freely on any flight I wanted to purchased from BA.com until April 2023?
I know this is outside of this particular topic, but I was also wondering if airline tickets also qualified under the 14-day UK rule that you can request a refund on any item you purchase (at least I think that is the rule)?

Read some conflicting info on this one.
I want to make a change to an Avios booking (ALC-LHR-MAN) next month to VLC-LHR-MAN on a different day.
Seats are available on the flight but my question is
is there a change fee of £35 per person or is it free to change under the book with confidence
I’m debating changing or waiting to see if BA cancel the flight all together
