Why don't you look at the seat map for one of the other cabins to work out which?

I am booked in CW on a 4 class plane but on a flight which has no F service (ex LHR). The front cabin is not showing as CW seating in MMB. Is there any likelihood that will change (presumably it''s load dependent ?) and if it might when is it likely to happen? Is availability then a free for all, or will status asist ?

It could of course change as always if there is an aircraft substitution.

LHR-GIG BA0249 on 7/11 in CW, App shows a 3-class 777, I've currently got 1A and 1B selected.
Basource shows that flight is usually 12F/48J/32W/127Y.
Any ideas?
Are 1A & 1B a good choice? Most of the front CW cabin has gone, but the second 2 row cabin seems virtually empty - can't decide if that means it would be a good choice or best avoided.

The LHR-GIG service will switch to 787 this coming Sunday until March. Count yourself very lucky as the old 772 are very dated. Service is from the front so seats in the rear cabin may not get their first choice, depending on loads. I think the front row is your best bet.

I’m hoping someone can help, I’m flying to ANU in January on a “high J” LGW 777-200 and wanted to book the bassinet seats in the forward CW cabin (row 4, seats E/F) - obviously by waiting for check in to open.
However, according to EF, 4F has now been taken.

- Do the crew start the bar/meal service from row 1 or from row 1 and row 10 where the galley is? I.e if I book row 10 will I be first to be served or one of the last, or shall I book seats in the forward cabin to be one of the first served.

Generally bassinet seats won't open until 3 days out if they are available. The 'High-J' phrase is commonly referred to as the 747's which have 86 J seats, and of course LHR based as there are no BA 747's at LGW. I see from your previous posts it's a 3 class 777 on the way out and a 4 class 777 on the way back. If that is the case then:

There is lots of info in the BA Forum Dashboard on Club World and even a raw google search will throw up lots of pictures, trip reports etc.
