Ms FF101 and I are on seperate PNRs for an upcoming flight in WTP. She has paid for 24J. I'm being cheap (still bronze) and thinking to hold out till T-7 days for bronze free seat. This is still 4 weeks away.
Seatmap currently looks like this:
Do you reckon 24K will go? If so then we can claim any DE of FG pair quite easily I guess. Is is a better bet for her to hold 24J than 24K?

The question I would be asking myself is how would I feel if I logged in one day, checked the seat map and it was much fuller with only seats on the other side of the cabin or even a middle seat? What would you do then and if it stayed like that?

Best seat ...?
LHR - BKK 3 class 777 J
I'm travelling solo with hand baggage only, can any of you knowledgable people suggest my best seating option please ? Night flight out so will be looking to maximise sleep and day flight back.
My initial selection is 4K both ways ... thoughts ?
TIA

I’m not sure what thread is best to ask this, but here goes:
- when going to select my seat in both the app & browser - I get “seat choice is only available at check in”. Is calling the contact centre the best way to allocate myself seats or can I really not select seats until check in?
- can I use avios to pay for seat selection?

I was just on G-YMMU, an LHR-based 777-200ER with a 203Y config. I could not help notice that the very small WTP cabin only had 3 or so rows, and that row 12, the bulkhead, did not really have sufficient room to stretch out my legs.
I am booked in that bulkhead row, 12A, for a loooong flight to SJO on one of the LGW 203Y's. Would I in fact be more comfortable and have more leg-room in, say, row 13 or 14, as I could get my legs underneath the row in front?
Today I was in 26C and the legroom was totally unlimited and very pleasant indeed, albeit for a short MAD-LHR.
thanks
S

Looking at TLV-LHR and the 3 class 48 J seat 777.
Would appreciate suggestions as to the best couples seats. Entire two row mini cabin is available.
Thanks

I'm on BKK-LHR next week in WT
It looks like BKK gets the 3 class 777s. Is row 16B , bulkhead ok? I usually book the emergency exit seats but the slide is usually rather annoying. I'm currently in 26A. Gosh those seats are 17 years old? I better bring extra padding !
Thanks.

Dear all,
we are booked January 15 on BA2168 Fort Lauderdale > London LGW in Club World.
Apparently aircraft assigned is equipped with F Class as well but only sold as max. Club World.
Any way to get the F seats assigned? BA Gold & Silver travelling.
Thanks.

I have a flight in less than 48 hours on the 777. I was under the impression that 15AK window seats would be released at T-72hrs. I'm currently sat in 15J but keen to move to 15K which expertflyer still shows at blocked. Is it worth a call to BA or do I have to wait for something to happen before these seats are available?

I am flying tonight, on G VIIY from Antigua to Gatwick.
Seated in 10J, I wondered if the aircraft still has F Class and whether J class passenger will be allowed to sit in F, as I believe there is no F service on this flight.
cheers
