I’m not sure what thread is best to ask this, but here goes:
  1. when going to select my seat in both the app & browser - I get “seat choice is only available at check in”. Is calling the contact centre the best way to allocate myself seats or can I really not select seats until check in?
  2. can I use avios to pay for seat selection?
