I wasn’t sure how to differentiate between a high WT 3 class and a high CW 3 class - so I just called it a “high J”.

It's really a personal choice. Middle pairs face backwards and your right next to each other whereas the windows you will be in the ying yang position and facing each other. The latter would be my personal preference and of course nothing beats looking out of the window at 35,000 feet! (although I appreciate you will be across water for most of your flight)
There is lots of info in the BA Forum Dashboard on Club World and even a raw google search will throw up lots of pictures, trip reports etc.
