The November menu Cheeses are:
DORSTONE ASH - semi-soft cheese made from unpasteurised goat's milk ..
RED STORM - gloriously complex taste due to 18 - 21 month maturation ... a red Leicester.
THOMAS HOE SMOOTH BLUE - a quintessentially English cheese ... hand-crafted with a soft, creamy texture and a mild blue taste. Crafted to be eaten straight from the fridge.
I'd be tempted to pair with the Galena 2011 (Spain) from the updated Wine list. (The 2009 Bordeaux remains which is good too).
All in all a fair but not the best menu for my farewell CCR card month

Many thanks for that assistance littlefish.
Any input from anyone visiting CCR for the Lounge menu would be appreciated. They are the shorter lounge grey menu cards available from midday or so in the seating areas, or on request from the staff before then.

I can recall turkey in a roll (or something like that) on this menu, which piqued my interest. The beef curry dish (Nadan?) is still there

I've taken one for the team and eaten through the menu again.
Ann thinks I need it / can put it all away and tried to top it all off with ice cream but I had to protest at that point.

I saw discussion about apostrophes lately.
Was it in connection with ''Flippin Amazing'?

Many thanks to Silk Cut, chris1979, littlefish, crazyanglaisy, the menu has now been updated in post 1 in text form, which may be more readable for those looking at this thread from a mobile device.
I've opted to leave the previous wording in place until I get the opportunity to find out what on earth they are on about.
