Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

AA353 PVR - DFW Full PDB
AA2418 DFW - ORD - no PDB, only drink came with meal (same time that the not warmed nuts came with the meal). However, catering apparently didn't show up until about 5 minutes before they closed the door.
AA3459 ORD - ALB - full PDB

So, when I sit on row #4 , it is always gone, and I have to settle for the cheapest crap whiskey in the world -Dours (aka “advanced paint remover”) Charge me $5 bucks extra per ticket and stop the “race to the bottom”).. BTW: that also goes for that crazy snack basket with the wierdest food every seen).. so, good AA service, great attendants, but questionable/limited product in PBS.
Got it... you fly UA/DL 100+ flights a year. 🤣🤣🤣

11/25 AA3776 RIC - LGA Full PDB
11/25 AA0044 JFK - CDG OJ/Water/Sparkling Tray (I didn't see anyone ask for anything special, but they may have provided)
12/11 AA0071 FRA - DFW OJ/Water/Sparkling Tray (I didn't see anyone ask for anything special, but they may have provided)
12/11 AA1133 DFW - RIC No PDB offered despite boarding being completed smoothly and no catering issues. Plenty of time for chatting up front though.

LGA-CMH E175 full PDB
CMH-DFW S80 and water/OJ only
DFW-LGA LAA A32B and........nothing
LGA-MIA 737 and water/OJ only.....I asked for a Bloody Mary and FA acknowledged it but never brought it....someone else else got whatever they wanted by asking a different FA.

Pathetic Mainline flights while the regionals outshine them.

12/19 AA1136 FLL DFW - no PDB no power plugs no seat back entertainment screens but one rather nasty male FA in F. Not expecting much for the rest of the flight as we push back now.

Edit to add second flight: 12/19 AA84 DFW LAX - full PDB before departure, offered proactively as everyone boarded and was getting settled in.
