Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

MEX-DFW and a tray of still water, sparkling water, OJ or mimosa
DFW-LGA nothing offered and plenty of time.....also got to the gate 5 mins before boarding time and they were already on Group 3. FC FA says boarding is now complete and still 15-20 people still board after that.

Two for two on this trip. No PDB and 1.5 hr delay. At least the App is getting better with delay notifications.

02/16 AA0028 321T First Class Full Bar PDB in Glass

02/17 AA0003 321T First Class Choice of Water, OJ or Sparkling Wine. Guy behind me requested a soda (Dr. Pepper I believe); FA only agreed to bring it to him if he would accept it in a can with no glass or ice.

IME, the generous provision of extra "minis" by the FAs is a welcome treat. This does not sound like one of those

AA285 LAX-SFO on A319, 2/19.

PDB was not served, but water was offered.
Delays on getting inbound pax deplaned caused catering delays. Whole flight to SFO was boarded before catering showed up and wheeled the carts up from the rear of the aircraft.

FA took drink orders and promptly delivered after takeoff.

AA 1029, LAX/ORD, 2/22/19, full PDB. The guy across the aisle from me had a beer and the woman sitting next to me had a gin and tonic. I had water.
