Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

Shouldn't this board through L2? In which case delayed or not PDBs should have been easy.

SFO-LAX. Flight was delayed 1 hour and they wanted to do a quick turn, yet the awesome Compass FA did a full PDB service for the 12 seat cabin.

This should be embarrassing for the legacy FA's that refuse to provide service standards, and AA since they refuse to do anything about it.

Oct 3, DFW-SFO. Ran from my inbound flight to find no PDB whatsoever.

After the 10k' chime no movement, after the seatbelt sign off just 2 FAs chatting. Once service began, outstanding.

This was a dichotomy that I'm not sure I've ever seen.

For comparison purposes, flew the "Friendly Skies" SFO-ORD-SFO last week. On both legs, FA inquired about a full PDB before I could sit down. ^

ORD -> BOS @ 0600

PDB offered. Two for two with PMAA. Thought this streak was too good to be true and it is. Crew was generally AApathetic. Glad it was just ord and not phx...

Since when does AA fly 737-900's? Was this on UA or did you mean 737-800's?
