Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

JFK-LAX A321T Business - usually bubbles, OJ or water. Sometimes on the morning flights I have caught them not passing out bubbles, but this crew proactively did. Very nice crew overall too.

LAX-JFK A321T Business - bubbles, water, OJ. Crew seemed very harried and rushed. Purser broke glass on the floor in FC and used a safety card to clean it up.....hope the nonrevs wear shoes to the bathroom on this flight!

MIA-LGA F, an FA apologized for no PDBs and said each F passenger (including us using 500-mile upgrades) would get 1500 AA miles deposited. Three days later, they were in our accounts. Seems like a fair trade.

LGA-ORD full PDB
ORD-LGA and water/OJ only as catering showed up late.....then posted a maintenance delay (shocker on AA!) for 40 minutes later and no offer of anything else.

LGA-ORD 738 with AVOD and full PDB and coats proactively hung.

ORD-LGA 738 with AVOD and full PDB....jacket on my lap and FA skipped me to hang jackets. So Im stowing it on the floor as a safety hazard.

Must be the Yakov Smirnoff experience the last couple of weeks:

2/8, AA2459, DFW-LAX, LAA (LAX), 321, Full PDB with delay and late catering
2/14, AA2663, BNA-LAX, LAA (DFW), 738 Full PDB (at least rows 3 and 4)

Meanwhile...
2/7, DL2632, LAX-DFW, DTW crew, 319, Nothing. Ontime boarding, ontime catering, FA's stood in the galley the whole time.
2/10, DL2054, LAX-BNA, DTW crew, 738, Nothing. Ontime boarding, ontime catering, FA's stood in galley the whole time.

2/14 AA 1140 BOS-JFK A-321T: Full PDB. Oddly, no drinks in the air though
2/14 AA 5040 JFK-RDU CR7: No PDB. We ended up having to return to the gate for more fuel after a lengthy ground delay and the f/as did drinks then.

Pretty disappointing day on AA

2/5 789 business class AA 127 DFW PVG got water , oj , and champagne tray. Champagne plus they came around with a refill. The first glass from the tray was only filled halfway. But the refill was a full pour.

Past month DFWMCO and vice versa hitting near 100% on PDB service. A noticeable improvement. Thank you, AA.
