Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

11/4 DFW-IND 738 - nothing until 45min into the flight

LUS crews definitely appear better at serving the PDB.

10/26 DTW-DFW LAA 738 nothing
10/26 DFW-SAT LAA md80 full bar
10/28 SAT-DFW LAA md80 nothing
10/28 DFW-DTW LAA 738 nothing

10/29 DTW-CLT LUS A319 full bar
10/29 CLT-TPA LUS A321 full bar
11/2 TPA-CLT LUS A320 full bar
11/2 CLT-DTW AE (PSA) CRJ9 full bar

Side note, I haven't flown on AE aircraft outside of an E175 in recent years, however, on my CLT-DTW on the CRJ9 the FA served the F drinks in flight in plastic cup. Is this the norm on AE ? When I've been on the E175 it's always the same glass as mainline AA aircraft.

11/8 PHL-BDA LAA 738 Full PDB, initial in-flight service from the cart, frequent refills though!

10/27 AA 1898 BOS-PHL Full PDB
10/27 AA 586 PHL-LAS Full PDB
11/03 AA 1131 LAS-DFW Oj and Water on a tray, offer of anything else
11/03 AA1476 DFW-BOS Full PDB Good service in the Air (to a point), Catering Snafu all 3 pre-ordered the Niciose Salad. FA acknowleged pre order, but didnt state what we had ordered. brought all 3 of us the stuffed peppers. when we questioned it, she brought the manifest back and said " see, you all ordered the Vegitarian Meals" which is what the manifest said! the stuffed pepper plate out of DFW has Shrimp Coctail on the plate. I'm not a Vegitarian but I'm guessing Shellfish is a dealbreaker? anyway Partners wife doesnt do anything spicy so they came up with a salad plate for her, Supposidly "the Pilot gave up his dinner for her". Not a BIG Issue with all that can and does go sideways flying these days, But it would be refreshing to have someone just admit "hey they screwed that order up big time" instead of trying to convince me I ordered the 3 meals wrong! Mileage run from hell, but I have to hand it to AA. 7 segments and each one was on-time or early.

09NOV AA 2519 DFW-PHX - No PDB, but the F/A acknowledged it and said he would make it up to us in the air and he did.
09 NOV AA 2197 PHX-SEA - Full PDB
09 NOV AA 2197 SEA-PHX - No PDB - Kind of odd since it was the same crew on the inbound, but in the air she was awesome so I'll cut her some slack
09 NOV AA 1280 PHX-JFK - Tray of water and apple juice (odd), but also asked if you wanted anything else
10 NOV AA 1444 JFK-CLT - Full PDB
10 NOV AA 1110 CLT-ORD - Full PDB
10 NOV AA 328 ORD-DFW - Full PDB despite it being the 788 where they usually bring out the water/OJ/Champs. The minute I sat down the FA was there asking me what I wanted

10 NOV AA 0549 ATL-CLT - Full PDB
10 NOV AA 0574 CLT-JFK - No PDB, but the FA found time to make himelf one and sat in a weird yoga position on the jump seat to enjoy it...whilst texting.
A really weird experience, service was lousy, myself and another pax complained to another FA and got some snacks and refills.
The FA in First was not wearing his company ID which struck me as odd and didn't make any effort at all including not prepping the cabin for landing !

I sent a feedback email to AA customer service today. It was such a bizarre situation, never seen anything like it on any flight, not what you expect in business class.

AA 490 ORD-DFW, 11/13: No PDB offered, crew seemed disengaged. My seatmate made several attempts to get his coat hung up and couldn't get their attention until inflight beverage service began.

AA 3250 DFW-ASE, 11/14: Full PDB and a kind greeting as soon as I sat down.

(coloring/bolding mine)

This typifies AA's problem... Hard working FA's who deserve every bit of their pay - and more - on one flight... and laazy good for nothings that don't deserve a dime, and are almost stealing from the company when they accept their paycheck on another flight.

11/9 AA 2205 LAX-HNL A-321: Full PDB
11/12 AA 1292 LAX-BNA A-321: OJ or Water, special requests honored
11/13 AA 1341 BNA-CLT 737-800: No PDB, Nothing in the air either. F/A claimed the pilots told them to stay seated due to turbulence.
