Thanks for sharing matmatlr Good to see that things are "as usual" in the air.
Hence, the *real* question that we have, because it's something new on those pictures: please comment on ENZO! Personal passion? Does AF give that away now?

Paris CDG to Chicago ORD
Air France AF 136
777-300ER
1:30pm-5:20pm
April 2, 2021
Suite 1L
AF, showing all the love that ORD deserves with a bus gate. Great for close up pics though.
Sadly, unlike the wonderful Anne on MEX-CDG, ORD definitely got the B team today. Little details like not opening and plating the box of cashews and cranberries, forgetting to close the galley curtain later on in flight, lots of yapping in the galley, etc... The combination of my decadent eating and drinking from the night before and my rushed lunch... and my tummy was not happy. I decided to nap for the first two hours and then have lunch about three hours into our flight. Same menu as matmatlr and pretty much the same choices. And only one glass at a time as I tried to dry out.
Showtime.
The cream of artichoke soup was delicious.
The lobster and green aspargus salad was a little bland.
On the other hand, the duet of shrimp and squid was excellent.
... especially with camargue red rice and tasty taragon lobster sauce.
For dessert, like matmatlr, Michael Roth's Empress Rice pudding with candied fruit in a chocolate dome.
Wow, this was sensational.
One of the flight attendants had made my bed next door in 1F and I moved over to sleep for a solid three hours, waking about 90 minutes out. As I was still full, I decided not to test my tummy despite lusting after the Tender beef and pan fried foie gras pastry puff on the Light Menu. Despite the B team cabin crew, it was still another enjoyable Air France flight and a great 24 hours of La Première.

Friday, April 2nd
Despite my 1h 45m connection, gong show security in 2E and a nervous PA that worried that she'd miss my flight, I had 45 minutes in the lounge last Friday,
Oh yeah.
The decadent Pate en croute de volaille et foie gras de canard was wonderful.
And naturally, my all time fave, Coquillettes jambon/truffe noir. Fabulous as always. With another glass of Champagne.

Now I'm more psyched than ever to do what I can to "break out" later this month on P to IAD after three forced postponements.
I've been off the forum for a few weeks, but this really made my day! Many thanks!

Whoa! Bruno Paillard rosé champagne!!! I haven't had that in years, and it seems impossible to find in most wine stores in my Parisian neighborhood (the non-rosé is usually the best one can find).

Thanks SFO for great great report. CDG-ORD leg looks like AF still can do a better job. I was happy to bring you F-GSQU from Paris!

Alas, London still does not seem inviting. So, my March trip that became my June trip is now my October trip (with AF10 La Premiere on the return). Tant pis. I did get a $1K voucher from AF for the fare difference.

Thinking about a layover in P in CDG to continue on in business to Berlin. First time of AF in First (since others are getting rare) and wondering if folks have experience how they handle your layover experience when the short haul is at the backend? Driven to plane / access to temp first part of the lounge or is the last leg just biz as usual?

I think that's one of the joys of an indirect flight via CDG. You get the LP treatment on both legs both ways. Of course the Biz seat and catering etc are the same as you'd get anyway but the car to plane/accompanied walk to gate feature, no or very little queuing, special bit of the lounge etc they all add up to make the whole journey just that bit special

Air France call center service once again 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
called in to rebook a flight scheduled in P from December to June. Online rebooking tool showed a fare difference of €1500. Called in and had the flight changed with no additional charge. Has me strongly considering dropping LH and star alliance alltogether. If only AF would reinstate the WRO flights!

Thanks Goldorak for the info!
Is there a special La Premiere hotline or should I just call the number on my ticket since you mentioned they were so good? I called the number and they were nice but seemed to have messed something up when I moved a connection to an earlier flight
I changed on a connection to an earlier flight and now it shows up as a separate leg while it was not before. i.e. before it showed as SFO > LAX > CDG and now it Shows SFO > LAX and LAX > CDG as separate tabs (but still in my booking)?! Worried this is not considered a connection anymore.
