Incorrect instrument in the pulldown menu to support the upgrade is a very frequent problem. I has been there ever since online upgrade feature was implemented and still not fixed.

New Feature? NA_myitin.download.calendar
Just noticed a new link on "My itinerary details" of NA_myitin.download.calendar and it let's you download each segment to your calendar. It works nicely with Outlook too.

Easy Check In? NO...
Got my upgrade confirmed two days ago. Went to do OLCI tonight for tomorrow's flight. There's my info and seat just like I expected. Sorry You don't have an electronic ticket says .bomb. Go find it. OK I found it. Now what? Same message. Yippee. I get to stand in line. Just venting. Hopefully the right spot.

Screwed Again
I am constantly getting screwed over by United on promotions. Has anyone found a method besides all out war with them to resolve these issues? I have lost close to 15K in miles this year over promotions that UA says for multiple reasons I don't qualify although I am positive I qualified and double checked.

According to .bomb, we earn only 25% of mileage flown on Biz fares. See here.
Also, shouldn't the minimums technically be 750 for First, and 625 for Business?

Aren't this both the same thing? If you call reservations, it will be much later by the time you can try to book. Especially since everyone is being redirected to the phone reservations from the web site.

Just tried to book a 3 leg trip last minute ... and also found the site down. Had to book with my horrid corp travel agency site I am also having issues viewing itin to change seats
