Had the french toast this morning and one of my wife's sausages. The french toast was not bad, but I prefer maple syrup vs the vanilla sauce. The sausage with the quiche was really good. No photos
For the afternoon meal, had the choice of the burger and the salad. I loved the burger, but wish it was on a pretzel roll. My wife, who is Asian said do not get the soba noodle salad. If you do, get 2 dressings. She LOVED the pie in the sky though (I don't eat chocolate, so she ate mine as well).
One other great thing from the purser. Instead of just telling us the options, he had the hot entrees already prepared and was able to show us the options and we could start eating immediately

UA486, IAH-DEN yesterday. Sparkling wine PDB served in plastic, followed by choice of chicken and “chimichurri” with southwest rice and beans, served with side of purple grapes and Pie in the Sky… And notably all drinks after the PDB were served in glass!

Did they stop letting you pre select meals? Have a flight sea-ord tomorrow and i can't find where it's letting you pick? Not that it matters neither option is that outstanding.
