Trans-border flights (Canada, Mexico, ..) for UA and partner flights do not qualify

Departure: The airport you are leaving on an international J/F flight* from, i.e. SFO-TPE
Connecting: The airport to or from which you have a short-haul flight to connect to a longer flight, i.e. LAX-SFO-NRT or NRT-SFO-LAX
Arrival: The airport you arrive at after your long-haul flight, i.e. NRT-SFO

Hours - 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. daily
reportedly a la carte dining closes at 9PM

Wow, that new menu is calling out to me in so many ways! Ube pancakes and croissant bread pudding at breakfast, crab cakes and mango cheesecake at lunch/dinner ... this makes me want to need to travel through this lounge soon!

This has become more and more of a cheapskate lounge. For example, they have bagels and tomatoes but no lox. Even second-tier Hyatt and Marriott hotels offer lox with their bagels. Likewise, there is congee. But it's just plain congee: no green onions or anything else to put in it. Before anyone goes to the "first world problems" trope, remember that this is a lounge associated with $5000 tickets.

The breakfast part of the menu did not change, but I did not pay attention to the lunch/dinner part. I had breakfast there on Wednesday.
