How about more 77W orders or if they can order 779X. They already have 4 more 77W on order. Where they can go next 77W route?

Had a friend on UA918 IAD-LHR last week and it was a 77W. Broke the news to him that it was a new plane but a downgrade in space in Y. Checked today and the flight is again the 77W. Now flown the route 7/12, 7/13, and 7/17. It looks like the plane is coming in from SFO, which would make sense.
The return flight UA919 is slotted for a 77L on FlightAware and when using track inbound plane it lists UA918 so it must be some type of placeholder glitch. Can't remember if that's discussed upthread or not.

IAH - NRT and the turn back to IAH were on the 77W last week on 13-14 July.

Even waitlisted for I? Asking for a "friend" (OK me) who is debating waitlisting a GPU SFO-FRA on the 77W.

Advance saver business (I/IN) is very rare on that route. Clearing a GPU (into R) may be possible, but it's highly variable depending on the particular flight.

For future discussion will redirect now to the appropriate threads since I swear I'm not trying to thread jack:
For waitlisting saver business (I/IN): Consolidated "Waitlist for Award Seats Questions/Issues"
For waitlisting upgrades (R/RN for GS): [Consolidated] Chance of upgrade clearing on my flight [2017]

Just for clarification, 1K GPUs clear into R. GS GPUs clear into PN. RN is not relevant for GPUs.

Ship 2136 is parked at gate D26 at IAD, so everybody who booked C on a 777-200 is getting a little more personal space on their way to BRU tonight.

Do you think the SFO routes will get the 77W prior to anything out of LAX? You mentioned SFO - SYD, which got me thinking about LAX - SYD, and LAX - MEL.
