I booked a multi-carrier itinerary a few weeks ago, and the site was very good at giving me my PNRs for the Brussels, Germanwings, and Lufthansa legs. Brussels was on its own PNR, and the Germanwings and Lufthansa were together on one PNR.
It's a good thing that I copied them down, because the next day, it was showing everything except my UA legs as part of the Lufthansa PNR. Of course, the Lufthansa PNR didn't work on the Brussels site, but the old Brussels PNR that it gave me the night before that I've copied down still works. The site was ok when I booked the trip though. It handled the multi-carrier, multi-city award booking very well. It kept showing phantom availability on Swiss, so I booked on Lufthansa instead on the return. |

What I meant was that my reservation in UA is telling me that my PNR for Brussels is now the same as the one for Lufthansa although it gave me the actual PNR for Brussels before.
On day of booking this is what it said: Other Airlines booking codes: Brussels Airlines: ABCDE Germanwings: POIUY Lufthansa: POIUY Now, it says: Brussels Airlines: POIUY Germanwings: POIUY Lufthansa: POIUY Where ABCDE still works on the Brussels site and POIUY does not. Using ABCDE on Brussels correctly shows the leg before and the leg after the Brussels flights. Using POIUY brings up nothing on Brussels. So, nothing has actually changed. The UA website just started lying to me about what the PNR is for the Brussels legs. |

Yep. Booked on 1/29.
Just checked now. Old SN PNR still works while the LH PNR does not. Using checkmytrip, it appears that my Germanwings (4U) leg now has a PNR of its own. Both the LH PNR and 4U PNR works on 4U's site. SN legs now appear under the LH PNR even though SN's site disagrees. |

Noticed a new glitch today. RDMs are displaying wildly inaccurate data in flight search. Unless United is really going to give me 75,000 RDMs on a $1,213 fare?

Quite bizarre. Several days ago, I changed my password and picked those blasted security questions (NO I DON"T REMEMBER MY MOST FAVORITE FOOD AS A CHILD...and yes, I could just decide to use "purple" as the answer).
Today, I went to check my reservations, and out of habit entered the old password. The website showed me all my Mileage Plus account stats, but "Manage Reservations" would show me reservations only one by one and only if I entered the confirmation numbers. When I finally remembered the new password, and signed with it - poof! the usual list of all reservations. Interesting data point about the back office integration of the different modules. |
Looks like the latest site revision, done along with the new password modifications, broke the basic functionality. Unless I remove united.com cookies before logging in, the system logs me out when I do a flight search, so I cannot se information such as fare class availability. Once the system logs me out, cookies need to be removed again. I also get an error message trying to book a flight.
New united.com, same (lack of) quality control. |

It's not a question of being awarded, it's just a display question. I personally like that the the saver J/F awards are in a separate column.

This afternoon, my login stopped working. It went right back to the login page.
I haven't done the security enhancement yet, and am still locked out of my account. |

I just had something similarly wonky happen. I logged on this afternoon with my PIN, no problem. I tried to log in just now with my PIN and it said I couldn't log in with a PIN if I had a valid password. Tried with my password but it didn't work. I clicked on "forgot password" and instead of going to the password reset, it logged me into my account. Straight up bizarre.
