Called in, waited 30min on hold only to be told that MP is very busy but they have started working the issue so I dont need to stay on the line and can just check later. Mid-call, I saw one of my RPU's get returned but then disappear so they tried something but the only thing they managed to do was cause me to lose my seat assignments on my upgraded flights. Still waiting

Also, for some reason when paying, it would not give me the option to use an ECT

ouch. They had some severe website issues between last night and this morning, but 5 RPUs taken is insane.

My colleague tried to extend 2 GPU to April.

The agent took his GPU but claimed that the system won't allow redeposit them.

Basically he lost 2 GPU in the process. :mad::mad:

I'd have the colleague try HUACA or UAInsider if that doesnt work

Why?

Because the segment in question had a waitlisted upgrade and that was preventing the change being from accepted on-line :rolleyes:

Fare rules not displaying
 
For the past week every time I have clicked on Fare rules while buying a ticket I get a template but with no content . Anyone else see this?

I find it very annoying if I have to change the number of travellers on the reservation page. Clicking on the default "1 adult" brings the page to the top again and I have to scroll down to the box to change the number and click twice to make that stick. Waste of time.

I'm having two sets of problems with the award search:

1) Often, after selecting the first leg, the page will act like its going to load the second leg options, but then load nothing. it just ends there.

2) Every award I've selected today (on ET or SA) tells me that due to rapidly changing availability, every one of my legs (nearly) is no longer available. I called in - agent said they were most certainly available. What gives?

I found a bug today when trying to book a same day, multi city trip.

Trying to book SLC-DEN-ORD same day. SLC-DEN early morning then DEN-ORD evening (same day). The website keeps trying to force me into a through fare as if I'm connecting when all I want is to book two separate legs. I know I could book two distinct one way tickets, but that defeats the purpose of multi city. Would be nice for the website to provide the flexibility to provide fares as a connection (under 4 hours) or as two distinct flights (outside of 4 hours).
