I notice today that a new version of the "Reservation Tools" page with a look like the new website flashes for a longer period of time after clicking view on the manage reservations page for a flight. One time it was up for a couple of seconds before reverting. I wonder if we are getting closer to this being changed.

The best website I find out there is amazon.com. It always works and works well. Perhaps United needs to steal some of their programmers and/or compensate their programmers accordingly. |

Whats funny is that the site can't remember who I am but it can remember my background settings for the website. |
Can anyone here recall any company that they do business with taking so long to implement a new web site? I don't doubt the amount of work that has or is getting put into this, but come on, by the time it's fine tuned, technology will have lapsed anything new.
My original gripe of the one way "segment" pricing is still my biggest gripe....I have to click all sections to see a total, then when I browser back to change a selection it freezes up.. Anyone have any screen shots of the old pmUA site? I'd like to reminisce about the good old days...lol:):) |

One huge thing with Amazon that United does not get is simplicity. Amazon makes it incredibly easy to do business with them, so much that its almost too easy with one click ordering. All your info is saved, you dont need to even enter a credit card expiration date.
Whereas United is making it so hard just to shop for flights, let alone complete the sale. |
