And I am used to matrix and orbitz giving slightly different fares than UA.com, but this morning searching to buy a particular itinerary for cash, UA.com seems to not be recognizing lots of legs both on UA (searching for airports near my local airport) and on various other airlines (which I recognize was always a problem, but not this bad) and quoting prices about 1/3 higher than I can book on orbitz.

A flight attendant friend suggested that it's really only "perceived duration" -- i.e. that the flight feels an hour longer in coach than it does BF which probably isn't too far off...

Not sure if this is an old or new bug, but I had used 20K miles to upgrade a domestic flight to F, and had cleared into F. A few days before departure, decided to change to an earlier flight/different day and paid the $200 change fee + fare difference. I noticed on the fine print of the receipt that a 15K miles upgrade had been applied. Thought that was odd, so I checked my MP account and discovered it had been deducted the original 20K miles, plus an additional 15K miles. I emailed MP customer service and they credited back the 20K miles.

Noticing something a bit funky on the new website today...whenever I click on 'View All Reservations' on the 'My Account' website, there appears to be a flash of what maybe is a new template for the page before it reverts to the standard format. I can't get a good enough glimpse of it, but it seems to mirror the layout of the new home page website (i.e. has floating panels/boxes).

Website glitch?
For the last couple of days, when looking at my reservations, I noticed that the "up" arrow indicating CPU eligibility is not shown. Also, there is no selection to "separate travelers" by splitting the record, despite 2 passengers on same record. Is this a temporary glitch?

Sorry if i've missed any answers about this elsewhere, but is there a way on the new united site to just see prices based on the cheapest round trip fares like on the old site (including pre-merger ua.com)? Breaking it out into segments each way takes me a lot longer to find the flights and fares i'm looking for.

In SOME fields of the 'My Account" page, the font has become microscopic! Not all, just some. :rolleyes:

I was trying to price a multi-city itinerary next spring that has an IAD-LHR in paid business and UA.com is telling me that business class is not available on that flight (it is a three-class flight that is practically wide open). But when I tried a simple IAD-LHR it was available. That kind of thing is very annoying. I sort of doubt that it is a glitch - I wonder if they are trying to force people going on to other cities to book through BRU or FRA. I wonder if I can book it on orbitz (though whether I will book it on UA metal at this point in increasingly unlikely).
