Unable to see or book multi-city award on new interface

It seems one cannot see or book Multi-city awards using the new interface.
Further, I see no advantages to the new interface; appears to be similar info (well, lacking the second leg) in different format, I suppose to confuse those north of 50yrs old.
Much harder to use Points, thus achieving one more UA goal?

Since United appears to have done away with most UA domestic Award flights, I guess it does not matter if we can work the new .com.. I can get loads of partner (no UA ) flights from ORD, IAH, SFO, etc. but cannot get a domestic connection to any of them.

yuck ... the last links to the old functional website stopped working as of today. Well, I guess I will call from now for every little need and book elsewhere. I hope this is what UA wanted ... the new site SUCKS.

Poster "goalie"'s link :
https://www.united.com/web/en-US/default.aspx?root=1
is still ( thankfully ) working for me.

And I agree, the new site sucks big time.

This link leads me to the new site and I have found no way to revert to the old one yet.

Expert Mode?

I'm looking to book a cash full fare economy ticket that I has upgrade award space and I believe that's possible through Expert Mode... however it seems the new site doesn't display the Expert Mode features if you have it turned on.

Any ideas on how I could find upgrade award space on the new United.com?

Still works for me at 12:32 p.m. Tokyo time.

The new site suddenly popped up in Chrome, but was/is not functioning. I tried Mozilla and after pulling up the new page it reverted to the old style when I entered my account.

Went through the transition a couple of days ago. Check out my query and answer in Post #177 to get Expert mode functioning again.

Except they're closing centers. I guess they thought the God-awful new website would eliminate the need to call.

Try using a browser other than google. Last night I could only access the old site on Safari.

But not laying off the employees or otherwise reducing the number of people available to take your call should that be necessary.

If you're using Chrome install this browser extension: http://blog.wandr.me/2015/08/united-...-new-features/

Makes life much easier.

Could be. But it doesn't show that for revenue flights, either. Unless you count the PQD number as being that data which can vary by fare class.
