This is new. What happened to the Upgrade Requested in the right side of my flight list which I saw yesterday to this new listing of waitlisted segments at the bottom of the reservation?

I've been using Chrome in Windows 10 lately (usually I'm using Mac OS). On Windows but not Mac, after doing a flight search, the flight listings appear below the left sidebar, leaving a huge blank space to the right of the left sidebar. I'd try to report this with the green "Site Feedback" button, but I can't select any of the plus or minus signs, and therefore can't submit the feedback, an issue of its own.

If you are in calendar view and you click on a date to see flights for that day, how do you go back to the calendar view? You used to just click the back button, now you have to start all over again. Particularly annoying as the site is insanely slow!

So I log into the old version of UA.com. I start todo what I am needing to do. Suddenly it throws me to the new web site and I have to log in again and start over. Very frustrating. Mac OS 10.10.5 with Safari 8.08. If I am using the old site, leave me on the old site.

Never had the award ticket close-in fee appear on the old site, as a Presidential Plus cardholder. The new site wants the $50 fee (Silver) where the old site wouldn't have. Sigh.....

Please add the offer code box on the home page. When printing the final purchase the 'Printer friendly' option should have itinerary, traveler name, and cost all on the first page so only a one page receipt can be printed. New website doesn't show all itins that old one does; link to revert is gone

For example, searching on the "old" website still available on my PC, SFO-FCO Sept 15 I can book in F (or any class) SFO-LHR-FCO (UA 901 out of SFO, departing 12:55 PM) but that connection isn't available in any class, restricted, unrestricted or anything on the "new" website. On the "new" website, I am offered connections through the US hubs, through FRA, MUC and LHR but not 901 to LHR departing at 12:55 with a decent connection time and decent arrival time at FCO. I am only offered the 7:05 PM departure SFO-LHR. How can they not offer all fares that are available? Why do I need to call somebody? If I weren't savvy and knew how to use timetables, I'd never know I could leave at 12:55, have a comfortable connection in LHR and not arrive in Rome late at night. It's not like they're forcing me to pay them more money by hiding a cheap itin; the itin I am trying to build is in F and J and is super expensive (the company pays), more expensive than the limited ones I am being presented with on the "new website". |
