Has the site become slower? Or is it just me? Flight searches take so long I give up and go elsewhere.

It's not you and even a simple pulling up and viewing an itinerary is taking longer :mad:

I can't view "change flights" on safari on my phone using "full site". I go in, select the leg to change and then get an error "select leg" even though I'd just selected the leg. Works on the laptop, not my phone.

My February flight had a schedule change last week. Since then, I have to accept the same change every time I want to look at seats or see if a miles upgrade on the way home has opened up.

That's an old bug, and it's the underlying reservations system, not the new web interface. It may go away on its own, or you might have to call to make it go away.

Certainly not you.

I've determined that at about 45-47 seconds, the flight search page times out. I've called their support number (I use the term 'support' loosely) for the last two weeks. YYZ-BKK/return do not work for the most part.

UA has closed their doors to me.

How is it that I can get a saver biz award to SYD on ANA going through NRT but same day cannot find a saver biz OR regular award even just to NRT.

Something is weird about the new award search.

Majority of my trips for the remainder of the year give me a error message when I try to view the reservation, or for some, I can view the reservation, but get the same error when I hit the redeem upgrade button. Changed browsers, but the same results. Been happening for the last 30 hours or so.

I can do a fresh login, but on the error page it gives the impression that I'm not logged in. Try to login (again) and it errors out.

On Friday night, my seat disappeared from my reservation and the seat map in the reservation screen was gone with a "reaccommodation pending" message. Knowing the Friday / Saturday issue, I did not worry. Come this morning (Sunday), the seat map reappeared so I opened my reservation and selected my seat again. It took in the reservation but still appears available to the public.

Is this another known issue and is there some trick I need to do to get my seat selection to show "taken" on the seat map? In my reservation, my seat appears as normal. Have not seen this one before. :)

Thanks for any advice.

Went to check in for my flights tomorrow and the system errors out. Called the Premier desk to inquire; after digging, she found the system had two reservation #'s for me, with identical seats for each. She said I was the third caller to have this problem this morning. She couldn't do anything on her end, so I have to wait until I go to the airport...

How do I turn on the filter pane on the left side of the search results? OCTeckels has filter panes, but I don't. The only settings I can see on united.com are for the background image on the front page.
