I have issues when I try to select only one layover airport. It resets to all of the options when I click "only". Very annoying. Win 10 64bit, Edge and Opera 35.

Doing the same search with the exact same parameters (origin, destination, dates, Economy, Unrestricted fares) in Chrome on the same computers makes it all the way through to payment and confirmation without issue. It would be irritating if United explicitly said they don't support IE, but it's infuriating that they don't say IE is unsupported...but they don't seem to be supporting using IE... |
Past Reservations no longer available on united.com?
Hello everyone. I recently notice that the function to view past reservations on united.com is gone and only current, cancelled and inactive reservations can be seen. Anyone knows how to retrieve old reservation information now?
I tried to look up old reservations by filling in the confirmation number and my last name but united.com gave no results. I would like to see past reservations because sometimes I need to call the mileage plus desk and provide the confirmation number for a past reservation to get back RPUs and GPUs that did not clear. I know I could find confirmation numbers in email but that would be too inconvenient. Thank you very much if anyone can shed some light on this. I hope the feature to see old reservations is just temporarily disabled. |

I had a few flights this February and now by no means can I retrieve any of them. Entering the confirmation number and last name does not work either. I went through the password change over a week ago and I have access under "Manage Reservations" to the last 90 days of past ones, via the Tab at the top of the column. Works in both Firefox and Safari 9.0.3 on MacOS 10.11.3.

I just looked, my PAST tab now only shows the 2 most recent flights (Jan 16 and Nov 15).

Inconsistent MP Accruals Display?
Has anybody else noticed inconsistencies with the display of MP accrual information? I've noticed that it sometimes displays on your online itinerary, but then often times doesn't. I also see the same issue with the receipt - sometimes displaying and other times does not. The inconsistencies continue with the mobile app.
I like to do projections based on upcoming flights, so it would be great if this information would always display. |

Every time I click on something on the main page, it changes my language to Spanish(Canary Islands specifically), and when I try to change it back, I keep getting an error saying nothing can be done... I have tried on both Internet Explorer, and Chrome, and am getting the same results. thanks |
