Can't do round trip?
For the past week or so the website has erred out on me any time I try to do a round trip. Been having to look at everything as a one way. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes. I am having problems even loading up the reservations page. It gives me an error and doesnt load up. Refreshing fixes it, but it pops up again along the line.
Beginning to wonder, by the way, if we are ever going to get a summer time business sale this year. |

Not sure how long this has been going on but it's happening to me all weekend and this morning. |

Fwiw, since the booking a round trip page errors out , I have found that starting the process as if I was booking a one way ticket and then changing the option to round trip once the one way page appears works for me

I've actually tried that, only to have it err out on me after I select the outbound flight. Never get to see the inbound flights.
Are you trying from the home page reservation box or from the "make a reservation" link? |

Been trying from the link near the top of the page on the My Account screen. Guess I should try from the home page. You been having more luck from there?

I've been having the same issue all night. Gave up and grabbed my Android. I was able to search for flights with the app, but then it errored out when it made me sign into my MP account. Cast that aside and grabbed my iPad. Started from square one again, and was able to successfully search, login, and book my flight.
Near insanity, requiring 3 devices and 3 different operating systems to book a simple domestic flight. |
Can't make any bookings tonight...

How much revenue is lost because of their IT incompetence? This is getting worse, and absurd. :td::td::td: CEO Oscar needs to know this. |

The new website is useless, and a piece of total junk. UA IT incompetence has reached an all time high. :td::td::td: Wonder how much revenue is lost. Oscar, CEO needs to know this. |
