Since the website doesn't work well. Has been reported other times as well - you should be fine to sit in F it's just a display bug. Note that "Coach" is not even a class of service on UA.

I had trouble trying to book flights this morning, but I managed to book two separate tickets without any issues an hour ago. Looks like they've fixed it?

Is that segment more than 24 hours away? if yes, then this is "normal", it shows -- under your reservation, but if you try to check in again, you'll see the seat is saved. Once it's less than 24 hours before departure, the seat will also show up under the reservation page.
