I have been trying to book a last min reward ticket for the past hour. Unable to search during this time.

Fare preferences in All search options with Firefox only shows Cabin and does not let you pick Type of Fare, Upgrade Type or Fare classes.
You do see those options with Safari. However with Safari, the search button does not work. Either way, searching errors out with the "no available seats" message. |
Same problem - can't find flight

I've tried Chrome, Explorer, Safari and the app and none of them return any results. I can see them in Flights and Kayak but they link to the home page of UA not to flight results. I am holding off calling for another hour or so and then need to get my other flight booked.

yea, worse than earlier today. Every flight search just errors out. Using Safari here.

Booked a ticket last night that took over an hour to ticket (I feared it would not and I would have to call today) and then today I cannot even complete any searches for award tickets without getting the error message. Something is definitely broken.

Not seeing any flights on the website or mobile app. Not sure if phone agents can book, but I've been on hold for 15 minutes already.
