Here's a funny :rolleyes: bug (not sure if it fits under website issues but didn't see a better place to post it). Flight this a.m. was canceled last night. Got auto-rebooked to the wrong destination.
Took the phone agent over an hour to rebook me because she kept fighting off the auto-rebooker. |
Odd... I'm having the same problem with my Marriott App. No reservations showing, even though I have several.
Still nothing showing on the united App -- thinking about reinstalling the app. EDIT: Deleted and reinstalled both the UA and Marriott apps, and now everything is back where it should be. Odd that a simple log out/log in would not do the same thing... |
Just went to print my emailed "eTicket Itinerary and Receipt for Confirmation" in Outlook 2010 - 16 pages long with big black blocks all over the place. :rolleyes:

I've had almost all of the problems indicated by others in this thread. I was looking for flights for two people yesterday and after selecting the outbound, it would indicate that it couldn't find return flights. When I changed to one person, it worked fine.
I logged out, changed to a different browser, and it worked fine. One interesting quirk is that most of the time the link to United Cruises will not work in Chrome, but works fine in IE. I figure that United doesn't like me because I do too much "dream" booking, and not enough "actual" booking.:D In reality, usually if I shut down my browser and restart, this solves the problem, but not always. If this doesn't work, I move to a different browser. If this doesn't work, I restart my computer. I think the previous answer of clearing memory and cookies might be the best. |
Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but when I am making a reservation and I click on the Details tab in isn't showing me how many miles I would earn, they are all just blanked out.

The passenger count problem is still not fixed. Last night I wanted to make a couple of bookings and at the end I always got the annoying error message. When I went to Google Flights they would transfer me flawlessly to United.com and I could have booked, Unfortunately I wanted a different routing and trying to revise flights got me into the loop again ending with the error. Finally this morning I got through. This website is a very frustrating product offered by the geniuses at United.
