If the DidItClear website is going to be effective, it needs more members and trip upgrade data!

RPU on "direct" (not nonstop) flight ?
It only clears if there's R inventory on the direct flight, JFK-LAS. Does not matter segment by segment unless your segments are specifically split.

one more question .... after splitting the segs, do i get mileage credit the same way as a "direct" flight of JFK-LAS or they'll actually credit me for 2 one-ways ?

Anyone know how long after reaching platinum it takes for the RPU's to credit?
New to platinum, and trying to wait list for a flight, but the RPU option isn't showing up - is that because I don't have any in my account yet?
Where can I see my RPU balance?

I've been seeing my RPUs/GPUs post within hours of the PQMs posting, a day at the latest.
You won't get the option to upgrade with RPUs until you have a balance.
Click on "My Account". RPU and GPU lines are right below the Mileage Expiration Date on the left hand of the page.

I just had flights yesterday, PQM qualified today, so I guess RPU's tomorrow?
I don't see an RPU/GPU line under my account, so I guess I don't have that yet.

I'll be making 1K in about a week and this will be my first time using UA GPU. I was looking at some fares for upcoming travel from NY to Europe.

777 EWR-BRU
It shows:

And for the record, UA upgrade instruments will not support upgrades on SN.

Great thanks for the info...I wasn't worried/expecting/trying to get anything in terms of an upgrade applied to the SN leg. I just didn't know if that booking the flight with a following connection would have have anything to do with applying the upgrade to the main leg I'm trying to get into BF...first time using GPUs with UA.

My 1K status posted to my account at about 1pm today and my GPUs deposited around 10pm.
Just booked & upgraded to BF on my Newark to Europe and back legs.
Purchased W Fares
7/14 EWR-TXL 767
8/5 TXL-BRU-EWR 777 (Berlin to Brussels on SN and obviously not upgraded)
4 minutes after booking was ticketed/confirmed in Y and then went and applied my GPUs to EWR-TXL and BRU-EWR which were upgraded instantly. Both flights had R9 when checking Fare Class original booking.

On a two segment itinerary, what happens to the RPU if the longer segment doesn't clear? Will I have the option of canceling the RPU on the smaller segment/connection?
