The seat assignment shell game is now being played with my and wife's flights (miles upgrades) in less than 48 hours.

I called the Premier desk and got a relentlessly cheerful agent in 24 min. She assured us that our (new) seats were still in first (domestic) and BusinessFirst (international). The alleged new seat numbers show at the bottom of the "View Current Reservation/Traveler(s)" page, but not on the seat maps. It shows we are no longer sitting together, but are still in upgraded seats.

FWIW, the "we cannot process your request" bug has hit me again. I haven't been able to do anything on .bomb for almost 2 hours.

It's working fine for me. It seems not to like you. :D

I am also not experiencing fluctuations in PQM/RDM/lifetime mileage, anything that people have started to report in the last few days. Everything's holding steady for me.

ticketed but cannnot select seats

newly ticketed but cannot select seats online once the res found. call in. they drop the first call then i call again and wait five minutes. she assigns seats for my son who is travelling with me on an award on a sep res even though he has seats already. don't see the upgrade button on my res. will they fix this or are we stuck with this mess?

Note on res email: We were unable to assign some or all of your seats. You will receive your confirmed seat assignment when you check in online or at an airport kiosk 24 hours before departure. E+ seats going fast.

I've got several reservations that don't have any upgrade link

Today's UAdventure:

Flights from 4/2 that had posted a few days ago as "ON" (I was in upgraded first from a D fare) magically were downgraded to "K" and I lost my RDM and PQM boni.

I called GS (no wait) and asked to be transferred to MP. That resulted in a five minute wait for an agent. He researched things, said I was right, and the correct fare and miles would be posted "in a few days."

I wonder if I should have asked for compensation for an Involuntary Downgrade ;)

Just wondering for all the free beta testing we did for their SHARES system was there even a simple thank you from COdbaUA for our efforts?

No miles from 4/6 flight- 72 hours came and went. Did they shut off posting again? I am getting really tired of flights taking so long to credit

I have no miles from 4/5 flts. Generally my flts have posted at 5 days, my 4/2 flts posted on 4/6, let's see what happens today.

I'm now 6 days past my flights that haven't posted

I think they need 600 new hamsters to run the SHARES wheels

So far, I've only gotten credit in my Travel Bank for a flight over the weekend. Nothing (miles) from Friday or Saturday has posted.

I flew on 4/4 on a PMCO flight and have still not received the miles as of today, 4/10. Yet my 3/31 flight (same flight in opposite direction) posted within a few days.

Nothing posted for me for travel on 4/3, 4/4, 4/5 or 4/8 (not surprised at the last one).

I wonder at what point the party line of "we're making progress" becomes a more self-reflective "wow, it's months later and we still have glitches". Any of our clients would have canned us by now if it took us five weeks to sort our basic but recurring issues with our services.

Same here. Then there are the miles from LAX>TUS on 3/30 and more infuriating, the miles from SFO>JFK on 12/27. Outside of that everything is just peachy.
