I am not at all surprised that the "fix date" has come and gone. There is a re-sweep coming on tax weekend. Supposedly. The trouble is that if you were to call MP about this, they would just tell you that a sweep is coming and they won't act on your ON issue. There have been several posts where people have tried to call in the last few weeks and been told just that.

Is anyone seeing issues with TK miles posting? My one outbound and one return segment (Y and V - Economy) have posted, but the other outbound and return (in O - Comfort) are missing.
What's the best way of getting this resolved? I don't have the receipt as my company did the booking. |

...So on my ERJ flt last night we were delayed ~20 minutes because there was a weight and balance issue where the system didn't think there was anyone on the flight. Was this the type of issue they've had with shares or was this simply an aircraft mtc issue? |

Misconnected on the redeye ps flight. United club agent booked me on the next flight and preserved my upgrade (R space was available). Also got a hotel room but I don't think that was because of my 1K status - the incoming flight was late because a gate was not available. The PMUA agent did still need help from her PMCO buddy to get the hotel and meal voucher, and at one point while reboking remarked to me that it takes much longer to do stuff in the new system.
