Website shows ON inventory, but does not think SAVER FIRST is available for elites...

Is this a known issue?

I can see ON inventory (using United as well as Expert Flyer), and ON is supposedly both biz->first upgrade inventory as well as Elite SAVER FIRST inventory.

Known issue? Does calling help? (This is an international long-haul, if that matters. And yes, I'm logged in to my acct while doing the search.)

thx

What route? Some issues with some routes. UAinsider has been good on addressing those.

AFAIK EWR-TLV doesnt have E+ you might get lucky and by chance & hit a plane that had it put in but most of PMCO 777s still dont have it from what I understand. The so called E+ area is just a premium area that offers the exact same room as any other Y row except for Exits or Bulkhead

True, but two flights are PMUA metal, and either way I'd like the exit row on the PMCO, especially for 11 hour flights.

But the real problem is that the site is trying to charge me for E+ (whether PMUA or PMCO metal), instead of recognizing my status. Sounded like other people had this issue upthread as well - not sure if we all had our status manually fixed by UA Insider last week, or it's a more pervasive problem - there's some pattern, but with no response from United, and no (sane) way to contact them, I'm pretty much feeling like I'm hung out to dry...

Same here. Patience is what we need. All will be well soon enough. ^

All is well and accurate now.

PQM/PQS/RDM/Lifetime miles/GPUs.

All reservations booked are accurate and pre-assigned seats intact.

Kudos to UA Insider and Team. ;)

I'm currently being offered a $0 UFC on a SFO-IAD flight for next week. Unfortunately, the site won't actually sell it to me at that price; it won't even give me the option to buy up to M (there are several M seats offered for sale at the moment).

I'm guessing the $0 bit is a glitch.

Lucky you. The most recent "fix" for me of posting missing flights has given me the negative number as the beginning balance. This number is also the amount of miles for the two missing flights.

I have two flights from 3/6 and 3/12 that haven't posted. Tried to request credit via the website using the ticket number. The website was unable to give me the credit, said the flights had already been credited.

None of my PQMs, PQSs or lifetime miles have changed from my 3/2 totals.

Everything finally looks squared away, including lifetime balance.

However flights where the mileage was adjusted (EWR-SEA) and flown before 3/6 have yet to be updated.

Lifetime miles seem good now, but I'm still missing half an itinerary (two segments) from March 3rd. When I try using the "Request Mileage Credit" interface I get "This ticket number can not be verified", even though I'm copying the eTicket number straight from the "Past Reservations" page. Should I call, or wait some more? Anyone else not having had given credit for part of an itinerary? One segment missing was replaced with a Delta segment because of IRROPS, could that be the reason?

The receipt looks odd:

Fare Breakdown
Airfare: 166 USD
U.S. Federal Transportation Tax: 12
U.S. Flight Segment Tax: 15
September 11th Security Fee: 10
U.S. Passenger Facility Charge: 17
Per Person Total: 0 USD
eTicket Total: 0 USD

The taxes, fees, and surcharges paid total: 54 USD

It was present before the system changeover.

Appears to be working now.

From the e-ticket receipt template boilerplate:
"While we continue combing our airline"...

I'll let someone else make the joke about grooming, but seriously guys, proofreading.

Or "They" are not giving me the tools I need" Your employees are not representing you well and this needs to be addressed. They are also driving TONS of speculation because they clearly do not understand the new MP program. That is unacceptable for a front-line employee.

This last bit is true. On my last flight, that I had applied an RPU to which was waitlisted, right beforehand I got an email saying my "waitlist had expired". This had never happened to me on PMUA, so at the gate I asked the agents what was up with that and whether I was still on the upgrade list. There were two agents there and they both assured me that "there is no such thing as regional upgrades anymore". I tried to tell them that there were, but they were convinced that I was wrong and that RPUs no longer existed. So it seems that frontline employees are even more confused than we are about what is going on.

Is this correct, that instruments cannot be used on ps or international flights within 24 hours or in the event of involuntary IRROPS?
