I was wondering about this as well. Seems UA Insider interaction on FT stopped at the same time UA sent out their "apology" email. (March 30) Last UA Insider post was March 28. Last update to the main post of the system integration thread was March 31.
They can communicate however they want, but seems rude to ask FTers to submit issues and examples, then not keep updated on progress. I wonder if anyone has had any interaction with UA Insider in the form of PMs? Apparently I shouldn't think twice about paying for 8 E+ upgrades on flights where I should have been eligible for a free upgrade after *actually* requalifying for Silver (but, unf, was shorted 5-6k PQMs in the conversion and have had PQMs for B/Y fares accruing at a strange 125%, not 150%). I obv haven't made MM yet, but have 800k on the way, and at least 100k BIS' coming this year... you would think somebody might care... |

I received a seat upgrade message via email and attempted to log on within the past 10 minutes. The website would not log me in, despite several attempts with the correct FFN and PIN. I had to access my reservation through the PNR to choose the seat assignment. When I returned to the itinerary listing to check to see that my seat was noted in the record, I noticed that the seat for my return flight was -- rather than 21B as I have had for the past 3 months. Fortunately, I was able to get the seat back on this VERY FULL flight! I certainly hope that this does not mean I'm going to have to babysit this reservation to make sure it doesn't drop out again. :td: |

Lifetime Flight Miles?
Can someone else please confirm? Flights are posting along with the ytd Premier Miles meter advancing. But I still think the LFM meters is at least two weeks behind. Thoughts or confirmations please. Thanks.

BTW, just received a reply to a month-old email about missing miles from 02/05. So, progress, I guess. Still the reply states it'll still take another 7 days for the miles to post. I'd been hoping the 04/15 sweep would take care of it. |

Hey, GOOD news! The email I sent to 1KVoice on 3/13 complaining about an involuntary international downgrade and canceled flight after 3.5 hour delay was finally responded to on 4/11!

seat saga
to rio tomorrow. equip change. no more two seat aisles. i had an E+ aisle seat in a two seat row but was moved to a middle in E+ Tried to change to an aisle in system but kept getting put back in the middle. called agent. she said i am in the new aisle seat i selected but she can't prove it to me because the computer is "doing funny things lately". i show everywhere as aisle except on the seat map i see, she assures me. Ok we'll see. my preference in system is aisle so why would the system reseat me in middle on equip change if aisles are available? am i being punished?
