After 11 weeks you can call the customer service #- they will escalate to try and find out what is causing the delay. (877) 227-5511 and follow the prompts. If you can call very early in the day there is a good chance your phone wait will not be long. Have your application ID# and your current Global Entry TT# handy.

you can also email customer service- though the 1st response may take up to 2 weeks, subsequent emails will be answered within 24 hours

Since procedures and timelines of Global Entry renewal applications by citizens of Germany who are not permanent residents of the United States are different than those of US citizens and LPRs, a recent post was moved to the relevant thread:

I applied for renewal on the same day and am also still waiting.

I tried calling the customer service phone number today and when I finally got to the prompt to "speak to a representative" the CBP line hung up on me :(

Renewed Global Entry for the 1st time. Same address, but new place of employment. Asian Canadian. Traveled to 60+ countries, including every continent (including the Middle East).
3/13 - Application
6/4 - Approval (83 days) - no interview required
6/10 - Received card

I hadn't been checking regularly and didn't know I had been approved (didn't get an email) until I opened up the letter. I only know the approval date because of the dated notification when logging into the website.

so should I contact someone? Finally was conditionally approved for renewal with an interview requirement. I scheduled my interview but ended up doing an interview on arrival in JFK on the 6th. Website is still showing conditionally approved and the have 'interview and wait for approval' box is still blank.

As has been reported in the initial GE application timelines thread, it happens that interviewing CBP officer did not click on the approve button or that there was a glitch with the approval being transmitted. A call to the JFK Enrollment Center should take care of this issue.

Renewed Global Entry on Expiration Date - Grace period?

I sent in renewal for Global entry on the actual expiration date as I had lost my passport and had to wait on the new one to arrive. I'm traveling internationally next week. Does anyone know if I still receive the grace period? Online status still shows pending review. This was submitted a month ago. I've tried calling local office and 877 number but get recordings and no options to speak to a human.

You should be OK - there are numerous reports on FT of the grace period being honored for renewals AFTER expiration too (in addition to the documented grace period for renewals prior to expiration). Your first clue that you are OK will be whether you see TSA Pre on your departing flight boarding pass (assuming your first flight departs the US).
