Will try this. Thanks!

Applied for renewal in January. Finally got conditional approval on March 28th. Was able to schedule an interview on April 5th, just a few days before expiration. The interview went off without a hitch, but the status of my application on the site still reads as 'conditionally approved'. My interview confirmation (for April 5th) still appears along with all the reminders that I need to schedule the interview within a year. The site makes it seem like the interview hasn't happened. Is this normal? Or should I be concerned?

I assume you haven’t received your new card, either, which should have happened by now? |

In the meantime, since you applied for renewal before the expiration date of your Global Entry membership, you will continue receiving GE benefits fur up to six months after the original expiration date of you membership pending the final approval of your renewal application. |

It could be that the CBP officer who interviewed you neglected to click on the "Approved" button on his/her computer screen at the end of the interview. If that were the case, a quick call to the enrollment center where you were interviewed should resolve that issue.

Finally cleared.
Applied for 2nd renewal on February 5th. Cleared sometime overnight. No e-mail. Only discovered once I went on-line and looked. No interview required. Letter issued from office at JFK (I live in So. Cal. at present). |

My global entry expired and I submitted a renewal April 9th, approved by April 19th! I was surprised it only took 10 days. Just in time for my next trip. |

Global Entry expired. Flying soon... question
My Global Entry expired. I re-applied and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I have an upcoming flight. The airlines have my information. SInce my GE expired, and hasn't been approved, how does the airline know one way or the other? Does TSA inform the airlines about my GOES expired membership?
Thanks for your thoughts. I keep checking the website. My application is still pending. N.B. My credit card was charged. dh |

Obscure2k TravelBuzz Moderator BTW, dhammer53, GOES is not the acronym for Global Entry. It stands for Global Online Enrollment System, the website which was used for applying for and managing memberships in the various Trusted Travelers programs and which has been replaced by the TTP Website. |
I applied for renewal on Feb. 10, a few days before the expiration of the current card, but with a new passport. Application is still pending.
My wife applied a couple of weeks ago and received her card yesterday. She has not traveled much over the past 2-3 years. I am a moderate traveler - 2-4 international trips per year, almost all to Europe. Two trips to Cuba, both via legal processes with a visa. Could that be a problem? We are traveling together to France in a couple of weeks. I understand that my Global Entry is still valid - correct? |
Moderator's Action
Since it is not an issue unique to Global Entry renewal, for indexing and future search purposes, a recent question about a mismatch between the name as listed in the passport and the TTP website account profile was moved to the TTP - New Trusted Traveler Programs Website - Replaced GOES Effective Oct 1, 2017 thread.

How long ago did your Global Entry (GE) expire?
|
The airlines don't store your TSA Precheck status, they submit your KTN along with your secure flight information for each flight and get a response as to whether you get pre-check.
