This should be in the approval letter.

I've been waiting for over 2 months now (64 days). Do I need to log into the dashboard to send an inquiry? Should I write an inquiry now or should I wait for another week or so?
Hopefully it triggers some heightened action. Doubtful. |

Applied for renewal on one minor-aged child on 04/08/19 and missed one country (a Caribbean island) on the last five year list, still showing as pending review 04/17/19.
Applied for renewal on younger minor-aged child on 04/11/19 , conditional approval received 04/15/19. I can only surmise that my omission generated a manual review or something on my older child's renewal application. Otherwise I'm amazed my younger child's renewal was approved in five days. |

I renewed Global Entry status for two family members - one on January 30, 2019, and one on February, 20, 2019. Neither have received their approval. In addition, when I attempt to login into the TTP system using the login.gov process, I get this message: "Your session is no longer active. Please login again." This is frustrating since I was never able to login to begin a session. I am unable to see the status or anything on the account since I can't get past the error message. . I am frustrated since I don't know who in CBP to contact or where to start.
Another interesting piece of information is that both of my family members have traveled despite their Global Entry membership lapsing and they have been eligible for TSA PreCheck. One of the my family members has an international trip to UAE that begins today and ends next week. We are hoping he will be eligible to use the kiosk and avoid the immigration line when he returns to the U.S. since that is the main reason we have Global Entry. Any advice on what I should do with this unexplained error message and what I consider to be a considerable delay in renewing? |
For starters, restart your computer and then try to log in again. |

Does anyone know who or where I can reach out to for some assistance? Of course, we've paid the non-refundable application fee and I can't monitor the application status. Very frustrating. Too bad it is a service that we need or I would walk away. |

Yes and Yes. I get the text message with the six-digit code, enter it and the same error message appears stating, "Your session is not active. Please login again." (I tried to upload a snip of the screen, but the site is not allowing it because I don't have five posts.)

I would try that to see if they can help you. |
Did you try logging in via a private browser window?

Folks,
While some natural deviation from the topic of the thread is perfectly acceptable, when the focus of the discussion is no longer about the Global Entry renewal process, it becomes off topic to this thread.
