I would be surprised if anyone other than me has done SHA (Shanghai Hongqiao International) - JUH (Jiuhuashan, Chuzhiu, Anhui Province). Though Jiuhuashan is a tourist location, I flew there for business in Tongling.

IBR-TPE last week, looks like only local people use this flight. I was the only non Japanese/Taiwanese looking passenger.
The arrival display in TPE didn't even recognized the origin. It simply showed the code "IBR" as origin.

As this route has not yet appeared in the thread, I'll mention DRW (Darwin) to DIL (Dili, in what was then known as Portugese Timor) and back. It was a school trip in 1973, two years before FRETILIN declared independence and Indonesia invaded.
Flights were on Fokker F27s operated by TAA (later to become Australian Airlines and then to be merged into Qantas). I believe they were scheduled flights rather than charters. I remember on the flight back that the passengers as well as their luggage were weighed. I'm pretty sure that's the only time that's happened to me on a commercial flight.
