AMS-SOU-AMS on ScotAirways in 2005..
DUS-SSA-USH-SSA-DUS on LTU (fuel stops in SSA).
Probably more likely, but nonetheless quite a niche route
LCY-DND-LCY
Again, I'm sure only few of us have done
PEK-FNJ-PEK
Also, has anyone done BAH-AUH-HKG on CX? It was the route they took for a few weeks when DXB had the refurbishment, I believe.

BRU - Monrovia, Liberia (Birdy Airlines, later folded into SN Brussels) ... probably a few FTers did that one.
Hargesa, Somalia - Djibouti - Nairobi on Jubba Airways (Was supposed to be the UN flight, but they moved the departure up 3 hours and never told me!)
The thread indicates commercial services only, so I won't go into all the crazy city pairs I have flown on UN Humanitarian Air Services

My nominations:
Of course, with the demise of US' PIT hub and SYR hublet, none of these flights exist today.
- PIT-TOL
- PIT-ART
- SYR-ART
- PIT-PWM (I would've been in diapers, so not sure I actually took it)
- PIT-LHR with a stop in Montreal to pick up passengers. It was on BA in spring 1998, not sure if it was Mirabel or Trudeau

You won't be alone on that one, it's one of the most famous Mileage Runs in FT History:

I've also done either SDE-ETH or TLV-ETH, but can't remember which. That's in Israel: Sde Dov or Ben Gurion to Eilat. Wouldn't be surprised if another FTer has done one of those, especially a scuba diver.
