I made that round trip 3 times last December and twice in January. I wish there was someone competing with Alaska at BLI - it'd be nice to to be on something more pleasant than a Q400 or CRJ200...

And I don't really count Allegiant

NIM-FNA (Niamey, Niger- Freetown, Sierra Leone)
SSG-DLA (Malabo, Equatorial Guinea - Douala, Cameroon) on a military transport plane in 1990 that was making its first flight after being in 'the shop' the previous few months. Quite a few jokes about near-death experiences.

Did it in December. Rice cooker had its own seat, but did see Tapirs and went piranha fishing, so well worth it.

I'm really surprised no one has come up with WRY-PPW in the Orkneys (Westray to Papa Westray)- I did a search of "Orkney" and "Westray" in the thread. World's shortest scheduled airline flight at 2 minutes, in April 2005. We even got certificates for the occasion!
