My mind was disconnected from my fingers there, instead of LAX-CLD, it should be LAX-IYK.

In 2001, I flew TSA-CYI in Taiwan. Most likely Uni Air.
Taipei (Songshan) to Chiayi
Chiayi airport is so tiny that I arrived around 6:40 for a 7pm flight; that is, we boarded a bus at 7pm and drove 20 or so minutes to the plane for a 30 minute flight.
I just read on wiki (where I got the codes) that this route ended in 2007 due to high speed rail!

Earlier this year I flew between Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Dodoma, Tanzania (airport codes possibly DAR -> DOD), on a 12-seater run by Auric Air. Not a much traversed route as most tourists in Tanzania head to Arusha or Kilimanjaro for safari. But Dodoma is officially the capital city (even though most work is still done in Dar) and that's where I was working for the week!

Would be very interested to hear if anyone else has ever flown this route...

I used to work at a remote camp site and flew YYB-YBO once in Northern British Columbia.

SLE-PDX-BFI - also Seaport before they abandoned BFI, even flew the 2nd to last flight out of BFI for them.
I flew PDX-BFI-PDX on K5 in Nov. 2010, back when they were still touting the "TSA-free airline" tagline. I won a free RT ticket on Seaport's Facebook page and used it to go to the annual Flyertalk moderator workshop in Seattle that year. They served Voodoo donuts and Stumptown coffee in the "gate area" at PDX. ^

Yep, the HSR has all but eliminated domestic air travel within Taiwan. You can get from one end of the island to the other in just over an hour by train, no security lines, smooth, comfortable, and considerably cheaper (my Taipei to Taichung businesss class ticket is usually under $30, standard tickets off peak can be had for $12-15). The new station in Miaoli has caused quite a boom for the previously rural and small city. It's now perfectly reasonable to live in Miaoli and take the 20-25min HSR ride into Taipei every day to commute.

Thanks for the reminder - not sure I posted these earlier:

Helijet (do helicopters count?) from BFI to helipad by Victoria's Inner Harbour (don't think it actually has a three letter airport code).

And for a little while there was another single prop flying BFI-YYJ. IIRC did that only as a one way; but did several r/t with Helijet.

YWH for Victoria Inner Harbour according to GCM, and there are some nearby helipads (CBZ7 and CBF7)
