The recently-introduced Sabre: Fares/DotRes method of the KVS Tool continues to be a reliable source for AC and other fares that are missing from TCY (such as UA & LH fares):

Ah, do you have an idea when UA/AC fares might be available again to Gold members?

More generally, until then where is a good place to go and look for fare rules even if it is 'more manual'?

Thanks,

Hi Ken,

I'll step in before KVS does... It might help if you could provide some more info. What version are you running now? Which subscription do you have? What error message do you get? At which point in the installation do you get it? I had to update one of my machines 2 days ago and it went without problem after I'd restarted the computer.

Thanks,

Dr. PITUK

This info is no longer provided by the ITN engine, but I am still looking for a replacement source...

I couldn't really tell, as it depends on when will TCY resolve the issue -- but you can follow the latest developments in the TCY UA thread (as it is basically the same issue): http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=544235

The only good source that I am aware of is the Sabre: Fares/DotRes method, which, as you know, is only available in the Platinum version...

The recently-introduced Sabre: Fares/DotRes method of the KVS Tool continues to be a reliable source for UA and other fares that are missing from TCY (such as UA & LH fares):
