Seat Map Issues Resolved

It appears that ITN had made some changes over the last couple of days, which resulted in 'broken' seat maps.

I just released V2.2.3 to address those changes, and there are now 3 seat map options:
  • Apollo: TNT
  • Galileo
  • Worldspan (Platinum version only)

Version 2.2.4 Released

Alert
  • Due to major changes in the ITN, all previous version of the Tool should no longer be used. If you have not yet upgraded to V2.2.4, be sure to download the latest version ASAP to ensure uninterrupted access.

What's New in Version 2.2:
  • SRS: Timetable: This new method allows you to obtain timetables, showing the day(s) on which particular flights operate.

  • All Detailed Fare Rules options are now under a 1-click access and are shown within the Tool itself -- there is no longer a need for a separate browser window.

  • Added 1-click access to Flight Historical Performance Summaries which provide flight's on-time/delay statistics

  • Added 1-click access to Flight Tracking. Unlike the most popular flight tracking sites, this options lets you track flights that are not within US FAA's control (e.g. intra-European flights).

Registration/Access Policy:
  • Please visit the [Access Level Structure] page for details and eligibility criteria.

  • For a quick visual demo of the Tool's features, available at each level, goto [View Screenshots].

  • To verify your registration level and expiration date, click the large orange [Registration] button, and then click [Re-Register/Verify Registration].

[Download Version 2.2.4 Now].

Thank-you for the update... this corrected an ongoing (of late) "CRS Error: Processing error" using the Apollo ITN method.

I just upgraded to platinum and version 2.2.4. I tried looking in the posts, but there was no mention of it. What happened to the Worldspan method of searching fare bucket availability, its no longer an option in the drop down. I found that quite useful for searching NW I buckets for upgrades.

Where is this feature located (and under which level)? I did not locate anything specific called Flight Tracking ... but a number of Flight Status entries neither of which seems to be flight tracking (even in the screen shots)?

Unfortunately, ITN CWT Worldspan access is gone -- ITN had permanently decommissioned it a few days ago.

Redemption stock BA

Hi,

Sorry cannot see the answer to this via search.

Is there any way of seeing redemption availibility for BA? In particular CU (U – Club Redemptions) code?

Thanks,

Jeff

Unfortunately, no -- BA likes to keep its redemption class availability data well-hidden.

...but you can see availability at ba.com ^ (I think you might have to be an EC member but I'm not 100% sure.)

Cheers

Can you explain how please?

ba.com --> Executive Club ---> Using Miles ---> Book a Flight Using Miles.

Enter the date and it tells you whether or not there are seats.

Cheers
