Actually, you can do both of the above using the GALILEO access method that is available in the FULL-tier version of the Tool, but I will keep your suggestion in mind for the remaining access methods.

The link is meant to be pointing at the beginning of the thread (so as to allow new users to read the instructions before downloading the Tool). Getting the following error since this morning -

Error requesting data:

Connecting ..........

Cannot connect [12029]

What could be wrong? My firewall is set to allow!

KVS could it haves omething to do with the new serial no. which i requested for my desktop yesterday which i had to reformat, that doesn't work and it doesn't work on the laptop today either? Have i done something to mess it up. :(

Please help ^

Next time this happens, consider checking-out the UA forum as it likely means that the ITN engine (also serving United.com) went down, for today's thread see http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showt...21#post4532782

If you are a FULL-tier user of the KVS Tool, you can simply switch to a non-ITN access method (e.g. Amadeus/AUA or Galileo) for uninterrupted access during such an ITN outage.

Having problem in donating
 
I tried to donate some $ via Amazon honor system - but I get a message saying:

Recipient Unable to Receive Payments


I was trying to use the tool to get *A award to India - no sucess calling UA award no.
