Not sure if I am being a little bit thick here... but in the main FAQ it talks about:

PNR/Itinerary Retrieval Manager
Click the PNR/Itinerary Retrieval toolbar button
Allows you to save a list of your Itineraries/PNRs for easy reference and 1-click web-based retrieval.
Supports all 4 major GDS systems: Amadeus, Sabre/Abacus, Galileo/Apollo, and Worldspan.

I hunted, and searched, yet I cannot find anything in my v1.4.2 which relates to this.

Anyone able to help me out?

Many thanks!

The new PNR/Itinerary Retrieval Manager feature will be available as of the next version (v1.4.3) and the FAQ has been updated in anticipation of the upcoming release. So no need to worry :).

Ba awards?

Sorry if this has been asked before (cannot find it via search). Am I correct classes X, U, Z, P on BA are not displayed by the tool even in its premier version? Thanks.

Yes you're correct -- BA hides its award/upgrade classes.

I get the following message today:

Please note that this version of the KVS Availability Tool may no longer be current.
It is recommended that you download an updated version soon.

My question is how to do that?

Do you have to re-request an access code, or does it already know when downloaded file is installed.

Thanks for any help.

Simply go back to the top of the KVS thread (or follow the links off of any of KVSs latest postings) and you just download the latest version. If you already have a key then it will simply install overtop and you are good to go. Do not uninstall your current version. I did not and all was fine.
