United.com ITN link down?
Anyone else not able to book a ticket right now? Seems like their booking engine is down.

yup ITN's been screwed up for awhile. I imagine someone is in hot water right about now.....

even UA's call in lines are down. after giving the information the phone hangs up.

Middle of a business day and one of their main sources of ticket revenue is "unavailable". Incredible. Inexcusable.

I was unable to log into Mileage Plus, but it did allow me to check My Iteneraries--and my upgrades still have not cleared. RAR!
