Hello,
I'm trying to book a multi-leg AA award ticket from DFW to Moscow that includes a JFK-HEL leg on AY. The tool is showing availability (I think); however, AA is saying there's no availability on this particular flight for these two dates I'm trying. Am I querying the tool incorrectly, or is AA incorrect (I've called back three times thinking the AAgent didn't know what they were doing)? Or is there some other reason why they show different availability than the tool? Any suggestions will be helpful. Thank you! No, they won't know what you're talking about and they can't confirm what Sabre won't let them confirm. I'm sure KVS will respond to you quickly.
In the meantime, have you asked AA to just check availability JFK-HEL and forget about the other segments? Sometimes other segments mess up point-to-point availability. |

:-( Maybe the next step would be to call AY? Unfortunately their office is closed now, but I wonder if they would be any help. Both AAgents also said it's possible that there is award availability, but only AY's FF members .... any merit to that? |
For CX redemption with AS miles: I am really starting to think there is a big difference between what AS can book and what is available. This has happened to me multiple times and no matter who I talk to and how hard I try, AS can't see or book.

Does the mobile tool not show all flights?
For example, I want to see AC1169 (YYZ-YVR @ 06h30) tomorrow. For time, I've put in: "anytime, 06:00, or 08:00" For airline, I've put AC, *A, or blank It will never show the 06h30 departure, but start with AC103 @ 07h00 What am I doing wrong? (I can't use the main software as my work firewall prevents authentication, even after KVS troubleshooting) |

Just got 2 in F for EWR-FRA next week. UA.com phantom space of the past couple days became no space just now, yet KVS showed 2 seats. Agent originally saw 1, had to convince her to book 2 simultaneously. It went through. :D
