Yes, using DL 3-tier option. It's happening with many flights, but for this one I was using DL1928 on 6/4. 2 low awards in both cabins, yet it's showing FX+ YS+

Using the internet at school (which is filtered) with KVS on my laptop, even after setting the proxy server and my proxy authentication details, none of the award methods except DL-SkyTeam are working, and I'm getting a disconnected error. (DL works fine) Do you know why this is the case? The individual airline websites are not blocked- so I can access the ANA/BA/AF website through my browser, but when using the KVS tool, I get an error. (9002- Disconnected)

KVS can we pick our own password for the mobile website?

Maybe I'm being dense here, but what is the process to get an M&M account without having miles? The old suggestion (which is on the website as well), is to get a Jet Friends account which is for a child. I actually got that to work (which was odd since it is only for children and had to adjust my birth date), but the username and password still don't let me search. I get the same "requires a permanent account" message. I linked it to my existing M&M number (with no miles) and maybe that's why??
I also tried creating an account from scratch, but the login and password never worked on the M&M site and eventually got locked out :( Can someone walk me thru the steps, or has something changed and this won't work anymore? |

Is anyone else having problems accessing Routing Rules?
Normally it works fine for me, but every time I've tried today (for a variety of routes and airlines), I get the following error message: Error Retrieving Fare Rules [WDC-S-ERR] Any idea what is causing this? (Note I'm trying to check routing rules, even though the error message refers to fare rules. Seat Map problem for UA Business Class
Hello,
Since a few weeks the seat map is no working any more for US Airways Business class on international flights (it is working for Economy class). Error accessing the Seat Map engine (8501) Example: flight 705 from FRA to CLT I wonder if it is linked to the new business class rollout. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks. |

KVS availability is an incredible tool for flight and seat availability status, route, class and date. If you want its full access then you need to make a contribution to the developer of the tool. Most of the travelers find it very helpful for them.

I enter a UA PNR and click on the Retrieve/Display PNR button. It causes an IE tab to open and displays the reservation on the UA website.
Is this tool supposed to retrieve/display any detail data form the itinerary in the tool beyond the PNR, Name and Notes? |
