Is there an issue with time-frame (how many months ahead?) in award availability for A3?

I use Awards/AC-Star Alliance and for December i get no availability, even though i check through M&B website and i see that there are available seats (i checked many routes domestic+international, e.g. CHQ-ATH, BRU-ATH

Have a problem and want to know if I'm the only one. Searching for HKG-BOS June 6th using JL method. Response is Data Source Error [RD-3]. Then this:

No flights in the opposite direction (BOS-HKG) exist on 13 Jun 2015.
(Note: June 6th is a Saturday and the flight CX 812 does operate on Saturdays.) Same thing happens for June 8, -- error report says that I requested June 15th. June 9th works correctly. But then the problem recurs when I request June 11; the system tells me that there's no flight on June 18th. The date seems fine using the BA method, only a problem using JL.

Any ideas, anyone?

For 6 June, if you set the return date to "+1 Day" instead of "Default," the flight will show up since BOS-HKG is operated then. JL always forces a round-trip search, so you have to make adjustments when a route is operated less then daily.

when searching BA OneWorld Reward , it keep popping up Catcha Verification which even human can't recognize those letter properly !

On ANA it says no avail award availbility.

On KVS it says it's avail which is confusing.

No, it doesn't. According to the KVS FAQ, the "@" indicates waitlisting (as opposed to the "+" for available seats), so it's the same result as the Web site.

Indeed, the [Awards/BA-OneWorld] Engine may present CAPTCHAs that are difficult to decipher, if you exceed its velocity limits.

Please be sure to download V7.8.0.R1 to ensure the proper processing of CAPTCHAs.

Alternatively, you can use the [Awards/OneWorld] Method (or one of carrier-specific Methods), which do not require CAPTCHAs.

I am using the latest version , never got the CAPTCHAs correctly . Is this processing limit thru ip or BA account based?
